Finally getting a chance to post an update. My mom's birthday party was a great success and Adeline enjoyed her first trip to Grammy's house. Yes! People in Iowa do have horses in their backyards! She played with her cousins and loved every minute of it.
This last week has been stressful. First I had to take Adeline to Children's Hospital to be fitted for orthopedic shoes. They are nearly impossible to get on her feet, now that she is kicking and crawling all over the place! Then we noticed Grissom wasn't able to use his hind legs and it kept getting worse. He was falling down and shaking. Well, long story short, we found out he has Lime Disease. He had a tick a few minths ago and now he is Lime positive. The Vet gave him some meds and he is getting better.
